How does it work?

When you decide to work with us as your Buyer’s Agent, we’ll begin by starting the relationship with a 30% commitment fee, which is calculated on the value of the property you are looking to purchase.
For properties under $1m that will be 2%, and 1% for properties at a value greater than $1m.
With this commitment, the quest to find your perfect property begins. We will leverage our extensive market knowledge to find five property options that are suited to the goals we’ve established together.
Once you’ve made your decision, we’ll begin the process to negotiate with the seller on your behalf.
